After completing the Cleanse Phase, it’s time to move into days 11-24: The Max Phase. The Max Phase is about fueling your body in order to achieve maximum results. During this phase you will take three products that work together to provide you with sustained energy, appetite control, core nutrition and overall wellness.

When you look at the below, consider these are only suggestions and I actually followed the AdvoCare suggestions to the letter so I could get started quickly and doing something already "tried and true". Better eating and nutrition has been tremendously beneficial in my journey. I hope it is the same for you!
SHOP GROCERIES
As with most nutrition, everything starts at the grocery store or market. AdvoCare offers a handy, practical guide to grocery shopping that I personally used when I was completing the 24-Day Challenge.
Remember:
1. Shop the perimeter of the store
2. Plan before you go
3. Vegetables and fruits: Choose fresh over canned
4. These are simply suggestions, not the only foods you are allowed.

WHAT TO EAT DURING 24-DAY CHALLENGE
I recommend you focus on a colorful, well balanced diet full of lean proteins, fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains. This awesome resource from AdvoCare was my “go to” recipe guide during the 24-Day Challenge. Even to this day, I use many of these recipes for quick, healthy meals. The Snack Ideas are wonderful. My personal favorites are the Roasted Salmon and Turkey Meatloaf.
