STARTING YOUR JOURNEY

3 Stages to Reaching Goal

1st stage- Know what the minimum requirements are to achieve your goal(s)
2nd stage- Compare yourself with people you want to be like. Study what they do and how they prepare
3rd stage- Differentiate yourself from competitors. Do something well and extraordinary. Go the extra mile to improve yourself!

KNOW YOUR PRODUCTS

The 24-Day Challenge has two phases:
Cleanse - This phase helps remove waste, preparing for ultimate nutrient absorption. Day 1-10 are in the Clean phase.
Max - During this phase, 11-24, you will use various types of supplementation to achieve your next goal.

DRINK H2O AND THINK PORTIONS

Water Recommendations:
Body Weight (pounds) divided by 2 = 1 cup (8 oz.) of water you should consume per day.
Food Portion / Size Recommendations:
1 serving of protein @ 4-6 ounces
1 serving of vegetables @ 1 cup raw or cooked or 2 cups leafy greens.

EAT HEALTHY MEALS

Select the adequate proteins, complex carbohydrates, vegetables, snacks and other foods to help plan your day and keep you eating healthy and well.
